# How to Print a Report

## Printing and exporting reports displaying your data

To create a report featuring graphs and pie charts with your collected data, first convert it to a PDF. 

Apply filters to sort the data that you'd like to display in the report.  Next, click the “Print” option at the top right area of the webpage.

Select which graphs you’d like to include on your PDF report by clicking “Included/Excluded from print”.   Add any titles, descriptions or comments in the grey field before creating the document.

Create your PDF file or printed version, click on the green “Print Report” button at the top of the page.  This will open up the Print settings. 

**Print;** select the printing device set up on your computer. 

**PDF;** please select ‘Save as a PDF’ as Destination (if you’re using Mozilla Firefox, you’ll see “Microsoft Print to PDF” as destination).  Name your PDF and save it to your computer.
