Logging In

Once you received your username and password, download the app into your mobile device/tablet for auditing on the ward or access the desktop version

If you are a lead auditor, once you log in via the desktop site, you will be directed to the main report page with an overview of all the audits you have access to in your institution.

If you are a junior auditor, your dashboard will appear as below.  Carry out audits by hitting “Launch App”.  You will also have access to the reports for audits you have submitted with your unique login details.

Dashboard Visibility for Lead Auditors 

As a Lead Auditor, your log-in allows access to a range of audits that you are subscribed to.  To review a particular audit/form and view the dashboards/reports linked to it, click on the dropdown and select your required audit/form.
