MEG Docs was built to simplify tracking, managing and storing policies, operating procedures, standards, clinical guidelines and relevant documents; verify and record version modifications. Use on the mobile app to put important reference material directly into the hands of clinical staff.

  1. Safely and securely store all documents (JCI policies, SOPs, guidelines etc.) in the cloud (centralized policy database).
  2. Use mobile or desktop devices to access documents
  3. Manage control over document access, revision, review dates, reviewer, etc.
  4. Sort incident data by type, status, institution name, or a variety of other criteria.

  5. Configure smart notifications & let relevant personnel know when incidents are submitted, reported or at predetermined key status changes.

  6. Allocate and track follow-up actions to staff in reaction to an incident.

Tick the "Documents" tab

After you selected the "Documents" button you will get the following page with all your documents.

On the same page, click on the arrows and you will be able to use the shortcuts directly to your preferred Documents  

Library View

Clicking the "Library View" button, you will provide all the documents contained in your archive.

Select Owners

Hover over the "Owner" section and a dropdown will appear. It is possible to tick and select the owner of the document. 

 

Search Documents

Typing the titles or the specific document that you are looking for in the section "Search" you will be immediately presented it.

Add/Remove Bookmark

By selecting a Bookmark you will sort incident data and fix the relevant documents that you will easily need to revise later. Click on the Bookmark button as below and you will find all the bookmarked documents in the 'favorites' section.
