[Audits & Surveys](https://help.megsupporttools.com/knowledge/audits-surveys?hsLang=en) # Getting a Username and Password to Log-in ## Contact your area manager / hospital admin user or the Support Team at support@megit.com to create an account A unique MEG username and password will be allocated and sent via email from the MEG Support Team or your local administrator. ![username](https://help.megsupporttools.com/hs-fs/hubfs/username.png?width=688&name=username.png) Profiles are different from user to user.  Differences in what information a user can access includes; ● Permissions - access to certain permissions such as the Calendar, QIP page, able to leave comments etc. ● Forms - having access to certain available audit forms as given to you by your line manager or MEG administrator ● Wards -users only have access and see audits on wards they have been assigned to Selecting certain wards and certain forms, will only permit the user to audit that form on that ward and see only the information on that area from that audit ● Teams - if you want that user to be a part of a certain team you can assign that user to a team ● Junior auditor -can only see their own information in "Submissions","Calendar" and "Settings". if certain permissions are added such as QIP these enhance their profile. ● Lead auditor - has access to all information (as per the audits and wards they have been assigned) on all tabs such as "Report", "Submissions" etc. ● Institution - access to different directorates or just one directorate -
