Creating a Report after Data Collection

Generating reports using data filters

To download / export / print a report of data collected during an audit session using the filters;

1.  Click on "Submissions";

2.  Select a form from the drop-down menu and apply the filters you'd like to see in your report, i.e. sort by date range to view reports for certain time periods and click 'apply'.

3.  Hover over an individual entry (it will turn blue) and click on it to open the report.  You can also select multiple entries by clicking the check boxes if you want to generate a combined data report.

4.  Click "Generate Report" after selecting multiple entries.

5.  Clicking on an individual report or selecting several and clicking "Generate Report" will open the report with print settings in a new window.  You will be able to preview the document and select your preferred "destination", either your printer 'Print Report' or save as PDF.
